Tracey Dale is a former broadcast journalist and television personality from Australia. She worked closely with police and emergency service personnel for almost a decade. It was the unsolved cases that inspired her to write fiction.

Tracey lives in Los Angeles with her husband, actor Alan Dale, and spends her free time racing outrigger canoes and hanging out with their two sons Nick and Daniel and their standard poodle, Blu.
